Terms and Conditions of Use

This section establishes the terms and conditions for the use of the virtual classroom and the website managed by Rebagliati Diplomados. By accessing and using these services, the user (hereinafter "the Student") fully accepts the provisions contained in this document.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these terms, it shall be understood as:

Student: Person who completes their registration by paying the tuition and/or monthly fee and accesses the educational services.
Service: Set of educational activities (courses, diplomas, webinars) offered by Rebagliati Diplomados.
Virtual Classroom: Proprietary digital platform that allows students to access materials, classes and evaluations.
Academic Advisor: Personnel in charge of providing support and guidance to the student during their training.
Certificate: Document that proves the satisfactory approval of a training program.

2. Registration and Contracting

The formalization of the service is completed once the payment is made and the registration process is concluded. Rebagliati Diplomados reserves the right of admission and data verification.

The Student is responsible for the veracity of the information provided.
Enrollment is personal and non-transferable.
By requesting information or enrolling, the Student agrees to receive communications about their academic status and educational offers.

3. Payments and Billing

Payments must be made to the official bank accounts indicated by Rebagliati Diplomados.

Receipts: The delivery of tax receipts (ticket or invoice) will be made to the email provided. Any request for correction or exchange must be made within a maximum period of two (2) business days after its issuance.
No Refunds: No money refunds (partial or total) are made once the service has started or for causes attributable to the Student (abandonment, non-attendance), except for technical or administrative errors attributable to the institution.
Default: Failure to meet payment dates may result in the temporary suspension of access to the Virtual Classroom until the debt is regularized.

4. Use of the Virtual Classroom and Intellectual Property

All contents (videos, texts, exams) are the exclusive property of Rebagliati Diplomados and are protected by copyright.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, sell or share access credentials. Non-compliance will result in immediate expulsion without the right to a refund and possible legal actions.
Availability: Rebagliati Diplomados does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform due to force majeure or maintenance, although it will try to restore the service as soon as possible.
Disclaimer: The institution is not responsible for damage to the Student's equipment (virus, malware) derived from their external browsing or lack of protection on their own devices.

5. Certification

The issuance of certificates is conditional on:

Having reached the minimum passing grade established for the program.
Being up to date with all corresponding payments (monthly fees and certification fees).
In the case of physical certificates sent by courier, the Student assumes responsibility for receipt and, if applicable according to the promotion, the corresponding shipping costs.

6. Service and Teacher Modifications

Rebagliati Diplomados reserves the right to update the teaching staff, contents or technological platforms to guarantee educational quality.

Relationship with Teachers: Teachers act as independent professionals with academic freedom. Rebagliati Diplomados does not maintain a direct employment relationship that holds the institution responsible for personal opinions expressed by them outside the strict academic sphere.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Any controversy derived from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. The parties waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the jurisdiction of the Judges and Courts of the city of Lima.
